SAP BASIS specialist

This SAP BASIS Specialist role at IDESLABS requires minimum 8 years experience working with SAP and minimum 4 years experience working with SAP. You will have experience with Solution Manager for system monitoring and job management, experience with Oracle Dataguard, and experience with Oracle Database Administration. Daily responsibilities include working with support teams, may need to use translator tool to communicate in Portuguese and Spanish if required, and accepting working during Brazilian timezone from 8am BRT until 5pm BRT (4:30 pm IST to 1:30am IST). The role requires accepting Topgear challenges to work during weekends. The team also values individuals who can adapt quickly to new tools and evolving business requirements while contributing to a strong engineering culture.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 8 years experience working with SAP and minimum 4 years experience working with SAP. Experience with Solution Manager for system monitoring and job management is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
