SAP Basis Administration

This SAP Basis Administration role at NeoSOFT involves managing and maintaining SAP system landscapes across ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments. Your daily responsibilities include performing kernel upgrades, applying support packs, and executing system refreshes to ensure optimal system performance. You will manage the Transport Management System (TMS) and change management processes to control code movement across landscapes. Performance monitoring and system copies are key activities to maintain system health and support development activities. You will handle client copies, user administration, and roles and authorizations management to ensure secure access control. The role also includes supporting disaster recovery and backup operations. Collaboration with functional and technical teams is essential to resolve issues and maintain system stability.

The ideal candidate must have 4-9 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration with expertise in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA. Required skills include kernel upgrades, support packs, system refreshes, transport management, performance monitoring, system copies, client copies, user administration, roles and authorizations, and DR/backup support. Any graduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
