SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP Basis Consultant role at A5E Consulting involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems, including HANA and other database management systems. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BASIS issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing solutions that meet business needs, developing and maintaining documentation of SAP configurations and procedures, conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, and working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that drive value and growth. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate must have 2-7 years of experience with strong understanding of SAP BASIS concepts, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Experience with SAP HANA database management system is highly desirable. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
