SAP Basis Associate Consultant

This SAP Basis Associate Consultant role at Careernet involves administering, monitoring, and operating SAP systems with strong SAP Basis and system operations know-how. You will perform SAP Basis activities including system installations, client administration, system refresh/copy, and application update/upgrades. Daily responsibilities include applying best practices for SAP application/technology/solution operations, supporting SAP cloud implementation and migration projects, collaborating with international teams, monitoring SAP system performance, ensuring system availability and reliability, supporting troubleshooting and issue resolution, and assisting in SAP transport management, patching, and upgrade activities. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the team.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and support with experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP system landscapes. Any graduate degree is acceptable. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
