Gen AI Data Scientist

The Gen AI Data Scientist will build and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions, develop LLM-based applications using RAG architecture, work on prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases, fine-tune and optimize AI models, develop scalable AI solutions using Python and cloud platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven products, integrate GenAI models with APIs and enterprise systems, and ensure model performance and scalability. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs and the chance to influence strategic decision-making at a senior level. The team fosters an inclusive, growth-oriented culture where continuous learning and knowledge sharing are actively encouraged across all levels.

3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence Engineering with expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL. Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases. Any Graduate qualification. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
