Software Engineer Data Science

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain Python-based ML/AI applications, build and optimize ML/NLP models and integrate into production systems, implement and fine-tune LLMs and GenAI solutions, design and manage database structures for ML applications and data pipelines, deploy and monitor ML models in cloud environments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean and efficient code, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and stay updated with trends in ML, NLP, and GenAI. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

3.5-5 years of experience in Python with at least 1+ years in Machine Learning/NLP and 1+ years in LLM/GenAI. 2+ years in Database Management and 1+ years in Cloud Deployment on Azure or AWS. Familiarity with LLMOps is a plus. Any Graduate qualification. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
