Data Scientists/Model Builders

The Data Scientist will develop state-of-the-art and scalable Machine Learning models and their operationalization. Responsibilities include building, training, and evaluating machine learning models, proficiency in Python data-science packages, experience with common Machine Learning frameworks, working in large teams using collaboration tools like GIT, Jira, and Confluence, and understanding of cloud platforms. The role requires strong experience on Spark with Scala/Python/Java and proficiency in Statistical and Probabilistic methods and Core NLP techniques. 8+ years in advanced analytics or machine learning with expertise in Spark, Scala/Python/Java, NLP techniques, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch. B-Tech or BE in Computer Science or Masters in ML/Statistics with 8+ years. Experience in deploying ML models on cloud platforms. B.Tech/B.E. or MS/M.Sc/M.Tech. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
