Data Science Practitioner

The Data Science Practitioner will formulate, design, and deliver AI/ML-based decision-making frameworks and models for business outcomes. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to measure and justify AI/ML solution values, analyzing data, developing models, presenting findings to stakeholders, facilitating knowledge sharing and mentorship, and continuously evaluating and improving existing processes and frameworks. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Operations with proficiency in model deployment, monitoring, and cloud platforms. Experience with version control systems like Git and containerization technologies such as Docker. 15 years full-time education required. B.Tech/B.E. or Any Postgraduate. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
