This SAP ABAP Consultant role at Yash Technologies involves gathering requirements and providing technical solution design with ABAP OO skills being mandatory. You will develop and enhance SAP ABAP components including workflows, BAPIs, and enhancements. Extensive knowledge of ABAP development workbench, Dictionary, Workflows, SAPForms, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, BADIs, IDOC, ALE, and ABAP OBJECTS is required. Daily responsibilities include IDoc Queue handling, ABAP Proxy Framework, Change document framework, Conversions and Data load methods, SPAU, SPDD and post upgrade activities, and Open-SQL performance tuning. You will work with ALE/IDoc configuration, enhancements, user exits, and error handling, with working knowledge of SAP PI/PO integration layer. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate must have ABAP OO skills with extensive knowledge of ABAP development workbench, Dictionary, Workflows, SAPForms, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, BADIs, IDOC, ALE, and ABAP OBJECTS. Strong experience with ALE/IDoc configuration, enhancements, user exits, and error handling is required. Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO integration layer is essential. HANA experience, ABAP 7.4+ versions, GTS experience, WebDynpro with FPM, and Core Interface experience are preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
