SAP PP Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic SAP PP Fresher / Trainee who has completed SAP PP training and has a good understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes.The selected candidate will work with experienced SAP consultants and business teams to support SAP PP configuration, testing, documentation, issue analysis, and production planning processes.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business requirements and assist senior consultants in mapping them to SAP PP processes.Assist in SAP PP configuration under the guidance of senior consultants.Gain hands-on exposure to the Production Planning cycle.Understand and support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.Work with Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, and Routing.Understand Production Versions and their usage in production planning.Assist with Demand Management and planned independent requirements.Gain knowledge of Planned Orders and Production Orders.Support production order creation, release, confirmation, and completion processes.Understand Capacity Planning and basic capacity requirements.Gain exposure to MRP runs and planning strategies.Assist with Goods Issue and Goods Receipt related to production orders.Understand Backflush and confirmation processes.Gain basic knowledge of Shop Floor Control.Support integration between SAP PP, MM, SD, and QM.Assist senior consultants in analyzing and resolving SAP PP issues.Prepare and maintain functional documentation.Assist with unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.Prepare test cases and test data.Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution.Support implementation, testing, and post-go-live activities.

Fresher with SAP PP training/certification.Graduate in Engineering, B.Com, BBA, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Basic understanding of manufacturing and production planning concepts.Strong interest in building a career in SAP PP.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to learn SAP configuration and real-time manufacturing processes.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Immediate joiners are preferred.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.SAP PP certification/training preferred.
