Job Description
This SAP HCM Functional Consultant role at EdTech involves conducting online SAP HCM training sessions on weekdays from 9 to 10 PM and on weekends. You will deliver comprehensive training on SAP HR Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Advanced Indian Payroll, Recruitment ATS, Project Process Implementation, and Reporting Tools. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, delivering interactive online sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role requires deep expertise across all SAP HCM modules and the ability to explain complex HR processes to learners effectively. You will also guide learners on project process implementation and reporting tools. The position offers flexible part-time work with opportunities to work with a leading EdTech platform.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 5-10 years of experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant with expert knowledge in SAP HR-Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Advanced Indian Payroll, Recruitment ATS, and SAP HCM Reporting. Must have strong experience in SAP HR-Project Process Implementation and Project Preparation. Excellent communication and training skills are essential. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
