SAP HCM Consultant

Tech Mahindra is hiring an SAP HCM Consultant in Paradeep to facilitate implementation and ongoing support of SAP HCM modules for client organizations running or migrating toward S/4HANA. You will perform detailed requirement analysis before configuring and deploying SAP HCM functionality, following SAP Activate Methodology to keep implementation work structured and aligned with best practices. Solution Manager 7.2 supports project governance and technical landscape management throughout the engagement. Providing post go-live support is a meaningful part of the role, ensuring configured solutions continue operating smoothly once client teams take over day-to-day usage. Strong grounding in core HR processes, time management configuration, and Indian payroll rules is essential, with at least one full end-to-end implementation expected of candidates for this role.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of SAP HCM experience, with at least one completed end-to-end implementation demonstrating practical delivery capability. Working knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP Activate Methodology is expected, alongside familiarity with Solution Manager 7.2 for project and landscape governance. Strong understanding of core HR configuration, time management, and Indian payroll rules is essential given the client base this role supports. Candidates should be comfortable performing detailed requirement analysis and providing hands-on post go-live support, ensuring smooth handover once implementation phases are complete.
