Job Description
The SAP HCM Consultant will configure and support SAP HCM Payroll processes including Payroll schema, rules, wage types, PCRs, and personnel calculations. The consultant will handle Payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and statutory compliance, configure and support Time Management, Leave Management, and Personnel Administration, analyze business requirements and provide SAP HCM solutions, work on payroll integration with Finance, Benefits, and SuccessFactors systems, support payroll reconciliation, testing, defect fixes, and production issues, and prepare functional specifications while coordinating with technical teams.
Requirements
Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll with hands-on experience in Payroll Schema, PCR, Wage Types, Payroll Functions Operations. Knowledge of PA, OM, Time Management, and Leave Administration. Experience in integration with SAP FI and SuccessFactors preferred. Bachelor of Engineering required. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate.
