SAP BASIS Professional

This SAP BASIS Professional role at Diverse Lynx involves performing day-to-day SAP BASIS administration tasks including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. You will manage SAP installations, system copies, upgrades, and patches (Kernel, Support Packs, Add-ons), handle user administration, authorizations, transport management, and client strategy. Daily responsibilities include supporting integration with third-party systems and ensuring secure communication protocols, scheduling and managing background jobs, print queues, and spool requests, performing system refreshes and supporting system migrations (OS/DB), monitoring system logs, and ensuring high availability and performance of SAP environments. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into robust, scalable solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

The ideal candidate must have 2-7 years of experience in SAP BASIS with strong understanding of SAP Basis administration including system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Experience with HANA/Oracle/SQL DB-related issues and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
