SAP Basis HANA Consultant

This SAP Basis HANA Consultant role at Talent SOP involves managing SAP HANA on cloud platforms with hands-on experience in cloud migration. You will support warehouse automation scenarios and implement DevOps practices and Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Daily responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing SAP HANA environments in the cloud, ensuring high availability and performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical SAP operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of Linux/Windows operating systems and cloud networking. Relevant SAP or cloud certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA are preferred.

The ideal candidate must have 3-7 years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator/Consultant with hands-on experience migrating or managing SAP HANA on cloud. Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows OS and cloud networking is required. Relevant SAP or cloud certifications are preferred. Any graduate degree is acceptable. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
