Job Description
The Principal Engineer will develop and optimize ML models using NLP, RAG, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering with expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization. The role requires proficiency in Python, GCP, Generative AI, MLOps, and cloud architecture with a strong background in ML, NLP, and Generative AI applications. Requirements
10-16 years of experience in Data Science with expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization. Proficient in Python, GCP, Generative AI, MLOps, and cloud architecture. Strong background in ML, NLP, RAG, LangChain, and prompt engineering. Any Graduate qualification. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. Prior experience mentoring junior consultants and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
