Data Scientist - Machine Learning

The Data Scientist will lead end-to-end data science and machine learning project execution from discovery to deployment-ready deliverables. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and evaluating ML models, performing data exploration and feature engineering, establishing model validation approaches, partnering with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences, providing technical guidance to team members, and contributing to reusable assets and best practices. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

5-8 years of experience in Data Science and ML with strong Python skills. BTECH/BSC/BCA with Computers. Retail or manufacturing analytics experience preferred. B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, or B.C.A. qualification. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
