Data Scientist (Databricks Azure MLflow)

The Data Scientist will develop advanced analytical solutions and machine learning models that drive business value using Databricks, MLflow, and Azure ML. Responsibilities include developing, training, and deploying machine learning models using Python, Databricks Unity Catalog, MLflow, and workflows, designing and implementing end-to-end ML solutions, applying advanced algorithms across supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning use cases, optimizing model performance, performing data extraction and transformation using SQL and PySpark, and deploying models using modern ML platforms. This position also involves supporting knowledge-sharing sessions, contributing to internal best-practice documentation, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning within the data science team.

9-14 years of experience in Data Science with strong programming in Python, SQL, PySpark. Experience with Databricks, MLflow, and Azure ML. Hands-on experience in machine learning model development and deployment. Strong understanding of ML algorithms and statistical modeling. B.Tech/B.E. or Any Graduate. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred.
