Data Science Engineer

The Data Scientist specializing in generative AI will architect and implement advanced AI solutions focusing on creation and optimization of predictive and prescriptive models. Responsibilities include end-to-end stewardship of the ML lifecycle from identifying analytical opportunities to deploying scalable systems and ongoing performance monitoring. The role involves creating and maintaining optimal predictive models, designing and deploying ML solutions, owning the ML lifecycle end-to-end, driving technical excellence, advancing foundational ML capabilities, and building and tuning generative AI models. The role provides exposure to enterprise-scale data ecosystems, offering opportunities for professional growth while working alongside experienced data scientists and cross-functional technology teams.

6-11 years of Data Science experience with generative AI expertise. Strong programming in Python, expert knowledge of PyTorch/TensorFlow, hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, deep learning. Experience deploying ML models in production at scale. Expertise in vector databases, RAG systems, and fine-tuning LLMs. Any Graduate qualification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
