AI Engineer AI Lead

The AI Engineer/AI Lead will build, fine-tune, and deploy ML and GenAI models including predictive models, NLP, embeddings, and RAG pipelines. The role involves designing end-to-end AI architectures using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search, implementing MCP servers for enterprise tool exposure, and partnering with data engineers to build feature stores and inference pipelines using Fabric and Databricks. The lead will implement CI/CD for models, monitoring, and security governance. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions that support long-term organizational growth. The team also values individuals who can adapt quickly to new tools and evolving business requirements.

10+ years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or AI Engineering with strong Python skills using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn. Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and RAG architectures. Experience deploying AI to production with monitoring and scaling. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate qualification. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role.
