Workday Reporting Sr. Associate 2

Design, build, test, and deploy Workday reports while collaborating with functional leads and business SMEs. Candidate will gather reporting requirements, create Workday HCM reports, dashboards, calculated fields, discovery boards, and optimize reporting performance. Responsibilities include report troubleshooting, release impact analysis, governance support, report documentation, data analysis, user training, HR metrics preparation, and ensuring security and privacy compliance. The role also involves supporting HR, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits reporting processes across Workday environments.

Candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in Workday Reporting with expertise in Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Dashboards, Embedded Analytics, SQL, Prism Analytics, and Workday HCM. Knowledge of Workday certifications, reporting governance, release testing, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and HR data analysis is preferred. Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and documentation skills are required.
