HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.
Roles and Responsibilities:-

Individuals who are responsible for both Business Partnership and Employee Resource Management, providing the full range of HR support from organizational to individual and administrative.
Responsible for Employee Life Cycle management, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, R&R and other projects.
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.
HRBP Responsibilities:

Partnering with BU Manager
Responsible for HR Process Deployment & Execution in respective BU
Representing HR function in respective BU
SPOC for Employees’ issues and grievances
CFT Member & day to day problem solving

This is an Individual Contributor Role

Qualification And Experience:-

Masters in HRM / Social Work / Equivalent with 7 to 10 years of relevant Experience.

Desired Characteristics:-

Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
