Key Responsibilities
• Implement and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module to meet business requirements.
• Provide expertise and guidance on the integration of the EC module with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless deployment.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance.
• Develop and deliver user training sessions and documentation to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors updates, enhancements, and best practices to ensure the system is leveraged to its fullest potential.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Participate in project planning, and status meetings, and provide regular updates on project progress.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing the EC module in a corporate environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications in the SAP SuccessFactors EC module are a plus.
