SAP HCM US Payroll Consultant

Configure and support SAP HCM modules including PA OM TM and Payroll - Analyze HR business requirements and translate into SAP solutions - Perform system testing UAT and issue resolution - Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders for implementations - Handle Payroll processing and data validation activities - Maintain documentation and system enhancements - support integration with SuccessFactors and other systems

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT HR or related field - Experience in SAP HCM modules and payroll processes - Knowledge of S4 HANA and SuccessFactors integration - Strong understanding of HR processes and configurations - Experience in testing and implementation projects - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and teamwork ability
