SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Lead end-to-end SAP ERP HCM implementations from blueprinting through go-live. Conduct workshops, gather requirements, configure Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll India, Time Management, ESS and MSS modules, prepare functional specifications, support testing, and coordinate with technical teams throughout implementation phases.

Minimum five years of SAP HCM experience with mandatory Indian Payroll expertise and at least two end-to-end PSU or Government sector implementations. Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules, integration capabilities, stakeholder coordination, configuration, testing, and SAP certification preferred.
