1)Extensive demonstrable experience with a minimum of 2 to 3 end-to end SAP HCM implementations in S/4HANA
2)Provide leading practice functional and technical expertise in SAP HCM including integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems
3)Lead facilitation of design workshops with multiple stakeholders
4)Deep understanding of core data structures and data flows of SAP HCM
5)Team lead or project management aspirations in combination with a strong drive to develop as a functional consultant
