- Understanding of latest integration technologies for Success Factor viz CPI, HCI, BIB etc
- Understanding and Exposure of business rules.
- Understanding and experience of working in SAP HCM
- Understanding of PA, OM and Enterprise structure in SAP HCM.
- Capable of understanding the business users and internal stake holder requirement and translate them in the business process
- Should be able to co ordinate with Business users, functional and cross functional team members, integration resources, third party vendors, etc.
- Should be able to deliver the project from end to end right from the requirement gathering, Workbooks, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration etc.
