SAP BASIS Consultant

This SAP BASIS Consultant role at Samishti Infotech involves applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients. You will be responsible for SAP system administration, Server Monitoring, and optimizing techniques, and managing SAP correction and transport systems. Daily responsibilities include experience in SME for SAP ECC, BW (HANA) or JAVA (Enterprise Portal), SAP SOLMAN 7.2 Installation/Upgrade (CHARM/BPMON), experience in Upgrades & Migration, and backup/Restore/Recovery of SAP/Oracle installations. You will design, develop, and configure software systems to meet client requirements, and lead a team of experts to deliver client projects. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have 3-6 years of experience in SAP BASIS with knowledge of Unix operating system, SAP system administration, server monitoring, and optimizing techniques. Experience in SME for SAP ECC, BW (HANA) or JAVA (Enterprise Portal), and SAP SOLMAN 7.2 Installation/Upgrade is required. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
