Job Description
This SAP Basis Consultant role at Mindnew Software Consulting involves working in SAP Implementations of SAP suite of products Netweaver, ECC, SCM, CRM, HCM, Portal, BI, HANA, S/4HANA, TREX, and 3 party tools building SAP architecture planning and implementation of capacity planning. You will have onsite client/customer relationship, managing delivery of tasks independently within scope of work as per SLA's. Daily responsibilities include daily SAP systems healthcheck, monitoring and performance management of systems, configuring and maintaining Solution Manager, working closely with onsite and offshore team, providing timely inputs and updates to Sr. Management, and solving network issues, printer setting up, and configuring VPN.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of experience in SAP Basis with excellent project/product knowledge. B.Tech/B.E. - Computers with MCA or Any Postgraduate is required. A strong customer-first attitude and willingness to travel to client locations as needed will be an added advantage for this role. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
