SAP Basis Consultant

This SAP Basis Consultant role at A5E Consulting involves designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP systems, including HANA and other database management systems. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BASIS issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, developing solutions that meet business needs, developing and maintaining documentation of SAP configurations and procedures, conducting regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, and working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that drive value and growth. The team also values individuals who can adapt quickly to new tools and evolving business requirements while contributing to a strong engineering culture.

The ideal candidate must have 2-7 years of experience with strong understanding of SAP BASIS concepts, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Any graduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
