This staff-level role requires 2-3 years of experience specifically as an ABAP HR developer, with practical exposure to payroll processing and core SAP HCM functionality. Working knowledge of OData, IDocs, and RFCs is expected to support integration-focused development tasks, alongside experience building forms and enhancements using CDS views and AMDP. Familiarity with Employee Central and Payroll Control Center concepts is valuable given EY's ECP-focused delivery model.
