ResponsibilitiesAssist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruitment reports.Ensure strict adherence to confidentiality and professional standards throughout the recruitment process.Initiate and lead recruitment-related events, job fairs, and employee training programs.Organize and manage employee engagement events and activities to foster a positive work environment.Independently handle various HR tasks and projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.Requirements2-4 years of relevant HR experience required. Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment.The ability to make sound decisions involves evaluating information and choosing actions wisely.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels. Ability to adapt to changes and multitask. A positive attitude, a desire to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
