Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and attracting top talent by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and participating in the interview process.
• Help to create a welcoming experience for new hires through the coordination of onboarding activities and providing necessary resources.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of employee training initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Assist in maintaining HR records, databases, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address employee queries and support a positive work environment.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

Requirement
• Candidates from similar background will be given preference
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong interpersonal skills and good telephonic manner
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs
• Energetic, confident, self - motivated and results oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills and good knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and manage multiple tasks
• Good time management skills
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the team success
• Should have understand the business needs and requirements
