In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Job Responsibility:Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and handling employee grievances. Support in payroll and benefits administration. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices. Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software. Knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
