HCM Consultant

Premium is hiring an HCM Consultant across its New Delhi, Gurugram, and Noida offices to design, implement, and maintain enterprise HCM solutions built on core SAP HCM modules. You will work across Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Compensation functionality, configuring these modules to reflect each client organization's specific policies and processes. Providing technical expertise throughout implementation projects is central, requiring configuration skill and the ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders. Close collaboration with broader project teams ensures HCM configuration stays aligned with parallel workstreams such as payroll processing and organizational change. Troubleshooting issues as they arise during and after implementation rounds out the role, keeping client HCM systems running reliably once initial go-live activities are complete.

Candidates need 3-5 years of SAP HCM consulting experience spanning Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, and Compensation modules, with demonstrated ability to configure enterprise HCM solutions from requirements through go-live. Strong troubleshooting skills are essential for resolving issues both during implementation and in ongoing production support.
