Position: French Teacher (CBSE Curriculum)

We seek a passionate and dedicated French Teacher to join our team at DPS Kollur, Hyderabad, a CBSE school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality French language education to students across various levels. Below are the key responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements for this role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum for French language learning.
• Teach students of all levels, ensuring a clear understanding of the French language and culture.
• Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and activities.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that fosters student participation and learning.
• Provide additional academic support to students who may need help in grasping key concepts.
• Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and parents to ensure student success.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions as required.
• Ensure compliance with all CBSE guidelines and school policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in French, Education, or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching French, preferably in a CBSE school setting.
• In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and pedagogical approaches for teaching French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources for enhancing classroom instruction.
• For non-Indian applicants, a valid work permit/visa is required to work in India.
• Demonstrated collaboration with fellow teachers, administrators, and parents.
• A passion for teaching and inspiring students to learn French.

Desirable Skills:
• Experience with online teaching tools and virtual classrooms.
• Certification in teaching methodologies or pedagogical training (preferably for language teaching).
