Bench Sales Recruiter

This role focuses on Source talent through various channels; manage candidate pipeline from sourcing to offer acceptance; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; experience with Workday and other ATS tools. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reliable solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting business objectives. Strong communication, ownership, and quality execution are expected throughout day-to-day responsibilities.

Candidates should have 2-5 years experience with Workday, US IT recruitment, ATS (Ceipal, Bullhorn, Oracle Taleo), Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, VMS, H1B, H1 Transfer, OPT, CPT, W2, C2C, direct client, Job Diva. They should demonstrate analytical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Relevant education and certifications are valued, and the ability to work effectively with business users is important.
