You are required to have skills in the following areas:
• Hands-on experience on SAP HCM Time and Organization management modules with implementation & Support.
• Must have experience with writing functional specifications for RICEFW.
• Must understand business requirement mapping to SAP functionality.
• Time Management: Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Recording Substitutions, Absences, Absence Counting, Absence Quotas, Leave Entitlement, Overtime, and CATS Defines test plans and system documentation to monitor testing for the implementation.
• Experience in incident lifecycle management and customer interaction and problem management
