Role & responsibilities. Develop and deliver engaging lectures and course materials in computer science/information technology/artificial intelligence/computer application, ensuring alignment with academic standards and industry relevance. Facilitate interactive learning experiences that encourage student participation and critical thinking. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback to support their academic journey. Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the curriculum, integrating innovative teaching methods and technologies. Conduct research, contributing to scholarly publications and presentations at academic conferences. Mentor and advise students on academic and career pathways, fostering their professional development. Participate in departmental meetings and committees, contributing to strategic planning and program development. Stay current with advancements in computer science/artificial intellignece and educational practices, implementing new ideas into the classroom. Engage with industry partners to ensure curriculum relevance and to explore opportunities for student internships and projects. Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the classroom, ensuring all students feel valued and supported. Preferred candidate profile. PhD. Qualified candidates will be given preference. Candidates having BCA & MCA can also apply but needs to be Phd. qualified.
