Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA SD and end-to-end implementation/support projects. Integration knowledge with SAP MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and GTS. Experience in preparing Functional Specifications (FS), UAT/SIT testing, and production support. Knowledge of master data management (Customer, Material, Pricing). Good understanding of IDOCs/interfaces and cross-functional integrations.
