1- Member of a 24x5 team providing on-shift and on-call support for NACP SAP systems (including night shift)
2- Work with NACP SAP team (Basis, Technical and Functional) that is both India-based and US-based
3- Hands on system administration and support of various SAP systems
4- Team member on business critical projects
5- Participate in systems build work
6-Complete key project work and support activities
7- Follow best practices in the implementation and execution of support processes
8- Identify and drive architecture and service improvements
