• Work with business on improving the processes for projects, enhancements and support tasks.
• Identify improvement areas in the current usage of SFDC in the business and suggest and implement changes.
• Introduce and maintain coding standards and processes to increase maintainability of the code base.
• Review code, document code and troubleshoot production issues. Work effectively with other team members to identify and address problems.
• Will be able to work with the future QA and release management teams to ensure projects and enhancements are delivered correctly and on time.
