Job Title: Senior Data Scientist - Predictive Analysis and Classification

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Predictive Modelling:
• Develop and implement advanced predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
• Apply statistical analysis and feature engineering to optimize model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate
• them into predictive solutions.
• Classification Algorithms:
• Design and implement classification algorithms for various use cases, including anomaly
• detection, risk assessment, and event prediction.
• Evaluate and fine-tune existing classification models for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
• Data Exploration and Pre-processing:
• Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis to understand data patterns and characteristics.
• Implement effective data pre-processing techniques to handle missing values, outliers, and
• ensure data quality.
• Feature Selection and Engineering:
• Identify relevant features and conduct feature engineering to enhance model
• interpretability and performance.
• Utilize domain knowledge to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets.
• Model Evaluation and Validation:
• Implement robust model evaluation methodologies, including cross-validation and A/B
• testing.
• Ensure models meet performance metrics and are validated against real-world scenarios.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with data engineers, domain experts, and business stakeholders to integrate
• predictive solutions into operational processes.
• Effectively communicate complex findings and technical concepts to non-technical
• stakeholders.
• Continuous Learning and Innovation:
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in predictive analytics and classification.
• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing state-of-the-art techniques and
• methodologies.
• Project Management:
• Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation to deployment.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful delivery of outcomes.
• Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on predictive modelling and classification.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries
• (scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Expertise in statistical analysis, feature engineering, and data pre-processing.
• Solid understanding of classification algorithms, ensemble methods, and deep learning.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,499,879.42 - ₹2,053,750.87 per year
