Job Role:Sap Successfactor

Experience:6+years

Location:Pune/Bangalore

Experience :

Minimum 5years in SuccessFactors LMS/EC experience.

Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification is mandatory.
• Primary skills -LMS Certified Consultant with a total experience of 6 years, out of which 3 -4 years in and Success Factors.
• Secondary skills-Success Factors Employee Central certified consultant with 1-2 SAP Success Factors EC Implementation

•Well versed in the various process of the implementation project like Client requirement gatherings, Iterations, Workbook preparation, Customization, Testing and Data conversion etc.

•Strong exposure in designing solutions as per Business requirement.

•Core Module Strength:Learning Management systems . LMS Integrations with On premise SAP ERP Systems, SAP HCM.

•End to end Implementation and support experience in LMS module

•Thorough Knowledge and understanding of Learning Management System.

•Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.

•Prepare Application specific solution documents (Workbooks, UAT document & user manuals) – EC and LMS modules.
