We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our HR technology team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Employee Central module within SuccessFactors.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure best practices in HR processes.

The consultant will also provide support and training to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Design and develop data models, workflows, and business processes.
Provide support and training for end-users.
Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with other HR modules.
