Job Description:
• 10 to 15 years of overall experience, with 4 to 6 years in the HR domain
• 5 to 8 years of experience in SAP HCM
• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
• Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (4 to 5 years)
• Good understanding of ECC SD functions interfacing with GATP
• Solid knowledge and experience across all SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Certified in other SAP SuccessFactors modules (added advantage)
