• Analyzes lockouts, update terminations, work process and job terminations or other issues
• Administers and configure transport management system and SAP basis standard jobs, print management
• Perform daily monitoring of SAP production systems, review system logs to identify signs of potential problems
• Experience working with Solution Manger 7.2, EWA config, CCMS and other monitoring tools
