Experience in Implementing SF integrated with HCM
Ability to drive client requirements, business process and configuration workshops
Applicable Enhance the current process/ build or retune the current configuration
Overall test the process and the changes will be moved to QAS for UAT and integration testing, finally, all the changes will be moved to PRD, it has a Go-live date, and so on.
SuccessFactors Certification is required within RCM/ONB(2.0), Performance, Talent Management, and LMS
Implemented/ supported SF Modules as Lead/support Consultant
Hands-on experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of the SF module.
Knowledge of XML MDF is required.
Must have good knowledge of the integration points with the related modules.
The Consultant must have extensive experience in configuring and custom development with excellent functional and technical skills
Should be able to work with the business to understand their needs and coach/guide them on the appropriate solutions and explain the system limitation if applicable
Experience identifying gaps in procedures, mapping requirements, and providing custom solutions
Experience working with functional/technical consultants or teams to execute projects
Ability to conduct testing, data migration, and data mapping of Business Objects content
