• Participate in crisis resolution meetings as necessary
• Collaborate with functional teams on the integration and support of the SAP FICO systems and new initiatives
• Provide training to business users and direction to other operational support teams
• Maintain documentation on system configurations, functional and technical designs, test cases, test results and others
• Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
