Your Responsibility

• Ability and flexibility to work on priority production tickets and On-Call/production support.
• Must have completed at least two end-to-end implementations.
• Experience on complete PS module cycle from project creation to settlement.
• Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD and PP.
• Must be proficient in handling Issues/support functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a customer-centric environment.
• Should have exposure working on change requests and Charm processes.
